This product is cheaply made, no instructions at all and did not work!! I returned for a refund, have not as yet received my refund for purchase price of almost $110. All I can find is a notice saying your refund has been processed, it may take a few days for your bank to process. It' been over a month, no refund. Do not do business with these people.

It wasn't working at the time because it loves to disconnect from the Wink 2 hub whenever it feels like it. So I bought another and had trouble pairing it (about an hour). Finally it paired and now this water sensor disconnects at random. No reason. I put a new battery in it for good measure. It ran for a few days the disconnected again. I'm going to scrap this sensor and try another

most of these smaller sonic humidifiers use digital controls which mean they not work with a cheap alexa/google compatible smart plug (because they need a physical touch to switch on). this has a mechanical rotary switch which you can leave in on position and use smart plug to tell alexa/google to switch it on/ off etc. very quiet, good mist dispersion. easy to clean. unit can be filled from top or tank lifted off to take to the faucet - this is a really useful option often overlooked. recommend

This has got to be the best humidifier i've ever had! i've had expensive ones,forget it.This has so many good qualities.No lifting a heavy tank,fills from the top.No wondering when it' going to run low on water,i've run this on the 6 hour timer & it still didn't go empty,but was still blowing good mist all night.I can't say enough.NO leaks,NO messy filling,it' perfect.I wake up less congested,not dry.And my bedroom is pretty big,it handles it.Love it! 5 stars! The cool mist is the default mist when first turned on but it can easily be changed to warm mist when you toggle the warm option. The light up part isn't too bright and I like that it can be multicolor or just one color. I can put it on its highest setting for multiple nights in a row without having to refill it and its super quiet. The footprint is pretty small so I have it on my nightstand right by my head and it doesn't keep me awake at all.

This is a great humidifier. It is quiet, easy to clean and the best one I have ever used. I live in Colorado and our climate is very dry. I run this every night in our bedroom. Our water is hard but by adding two demineralizers, it really works great. No white dust. I remove the leftover water in the morning, rinse and let it dry. You can fill it at the sink or pour water into it from the top. I have never used the essential oil feature, but that is a plus if you like to use one. I highly recomm

this is amazing; i put it in my tank, and the calcium buildup... it' still there, but it' the consistency of sugar glaze. it flakes right off and turns into slush. makes it SO easy to clean the humidifier.

However, I add 1 of these balls in it to try to absorb some of the hard water minerals to prevent buildup.So far I haven't noticed any white dust or hard water buildup yet on my humidifier after about a week of use. Thankfully there are lots so if I begin to notice any change I can replace it with a new one.Will update if I see hardwater buildup.

I've owned a few, and yes, I had issues with leaking. Then I read the instructions. It' clearly stated that to empty the water tank before adding a full bottle to the top of the unit. This allows the tank to fill up at a lower pressure. If you don't, the extra pressure from the refill will blow out some seals or O-rings. Everyone of their humidifiers I've done this with works fine. So, READ AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS!!
